• All returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• Any requests made after 7 days will be accepted only at the discretion of Bags & Bangles.
• We will exchange or issue a credit note (we do not refund postage costs) on returned items provided they are unworn and in a resalable condition, all returned goods must arrive with their original packaging and labels attached.
• Any items returned without the original labels will not be accepted.
• We carry out a quality check on all products before dispatch, in the unlikely event that you have to return an item as faulty, it will be subject to inspection.
• Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear, or modified in any way will not be accepted as faulty.
• Goods that you simply changed your mind about are nonreturnable or exchangeable.
• Please note: You are responsible for the return of the item. We cannot accept responsibility for it until it has been delivered to us, so we do advise you get proof of postage and we would recommend you send the item ‘signed for’ recorded delivery. In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
• For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings or body jewellery e.g. – toe rings, ear cuffs etc
